The Powerline Multi-Press doesn’t have many options but is enough for those who work primarily with barbells. The PMP150 offers a comfortable space to perform squats, bench presses, dead-lifts, shoulder-presses, and other compound movements without taking up much space. Its full dimensions are 45.7″ L x 60.2″ W x 71.3″ H, making it wide enough to perform exercises comfortably but shorter than most racks and easier to store in locations with limited vertical space.

Although weighing 88 lbs when assembled, it’s the heavy-duty 2″ x 2″ steel frames that allow the PMP150 to hold up to 600 lb. Similar to some Smith Machines, this multi-press rack has a 7-degree reversed pitch that is supposed to allow natural upper and lower body moments for maximum muscle activation. In theory, it works but depends on the user and if they already have muscular imbalances.

This model comes with adjustable lift-offs and oversized safeties. Also, this model has four Olympic weight storage posts that help stabilize the rack.

POWERLINE BY BODY-SOLID WARRANTY – This Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by PowerLine under the PowerLine brand name. The warranty period to the original purchaser is:

  • Ten (10) years on the frame
  • One (1) year on all parts

The Powerline Multi-press rack doesn’t have optional attachments as you would find on a traditional power rack. However, this model has been packaged with a Powerline flat and incline bench, an Olympic barbell with collars, and an Olympic iron weight set of 255 lb. You can find this combo packaged under PMP150KAM.

The PMP150 is an excellent option for those who work primarily with barbells, don’t have the space for a full squat cage, or simply don’t want the hassle of maintaining a full rack. Just add a bench, bar, and weights, and this multi-press will take you a long way.
